Dianne Marchment, Principal Accountant

With over 30 years’ experience in Taxation and Financial Services, Dianne is a registered Tax Agent and a Fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants. As a business owner herself, she understands the challenges faced by clients and is known for her straightforward, results-driven advice. Dianne is passionate about her clients' success and is respected for her approachable, no-nonsense service that delivers real outcomes.

    Sarah has been a valued member of the team since 2016. Working on a casual basis she supports a wide range of clients—particularly in business and farming—across all areas of the business. Her work includes basic taxation as well as the preparation and lodgement of both quarterly and monthly BAS, delivered with accuracy and care.

    Jo joined our team in June 2021 and has since become an indispensable part of our operations. Jo's ability to juggle multiple responsibilities makes her a true "jack of all trades," ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

    Allison became part of our team in May 2024 and has quickly established herself as a dependable and organized presence in the office. Working two days a week, she efficiently handles a variety of administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our daily activities. Sharing her role with Tamara, Allison ensures consistency and collaboration in our administrative processes.

    With over 16 years at DMA, Karen is a trusted and experienced member of our team. She manages our internal finance and administration, specializing in client financial management and ensuring compliance with government and legislative requirements. Her deep knowledge and attention to detail keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Karen also brings valuable expertise in self-managed super funds (SMSFs), offering clients personalized guidance to navigate the complexities of SMSF administration and compliance.

    Kristy began working full time with DMA in April 2015. After taking extended maternity leave following the birth of her second child in 2020, she returned in February 2024 in a casual role. Kristy now focuses on the preparation of Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) tax returns, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with ATO requirements.
